I totally a...What a wonderful and powerful homily. I totally agree with everything you said. It is a known fact that civilisations have disappeared because of family and community breakdown. The world is so full of hatred and the Wicked One, as described in 1 John 5:19 is the ruler of this world. Yes, we have to put him behind us and forge forward as God fearing Christians who truly love justice and the willing sacrifice of our beloved Saviour Christ who laid down his life for all humanity.

If we aren't willing to put on Christ then we are no better then the people who are wicked, those who practice evil ways, hatred, torture, marginalisation, wars, wanton violence, murderers for just the sake of killing have lost all reasoning. The madness of this world does give cause for fear. But as Christ's followers who seeks the Kingdom and walks in the way of truth and put on Christ we will be victorious. Our mission, of course, is to gain as many persons as possible over to the good news of the gospel or kingdom. I know the mission is difficult for many, however, in our love for our Lord who died an ignominious death we can indeed do what we must to try and win over converts from the evils of this world. Father Dan your homily had a great impact upon me and for this, I am thankful to you and to the Holy Spirit that directed you to pen these words.

Blessings to you always.
Terryorangefatcathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04651839740076143090noreply@blogger.com
